On August 9th, RuralCoast Gourmet dressed in elegance and rhythm for an unforgettable evening: “Swing under the Stars”. The night came alive with the captivating sounds of jazz and swing performed by Swinsung Jazz, creating the perfect atmosphere to enjoy slowly, glass in hand, and in the best company.

The gastronomic experience perfectly complemented the show. Guests began with an appetizer blending tradition and freshness: Galician tuna and apple empanada, paired with a fresh summer salad with goat cheese. For the main course, they could choose between tender roast beef with potatoes and sautéed vegetables, or delicate cod in Bilbaína sauce, with roasted pepper, asparagus, and cauliflower purée. The sweet finale was a refreshing dessert of fresh pineapple with sorbet and mango coulis.

Between the swing melodies and carefully crafted flavors, the evening became a tribute to good taste, where music and gastronomy united under the starry sky to create a memory that will stay with everyone present.
