This March 19th, we honor all fathers and those named José with an exquisite menu, designed for a unique occasion.

Welcome appetizer:
Mini foie gras burger with caramelized onion and green apple

Starters to share:
Mutxamel tomato salad with salted fish
Shrimp croquettes
Beef tenderloin carpaccio with parmesan shavings and arugula

Main course (choice of one):
Confit cod with piparra emulsion and wild asparagus
Beef cheek in red wine sauce with truffle purée and glazed vegetables

Dessert:
Chocolate coulant with bourbon vanilla ice cream
